The Iraq Foundation reports "Mr. Hussein's has been a tale of terror that scholars have compared to that of Stalin, whom the Iraqi leader is said to revere, even if his own brutalities have played out on a small scale. Stalin killed 20 million of his own people, historians have concluded. Even on a proportional basis, his crimes far surpass Mr. Hussein's, but figures of a MILLION DEAD IRAQIS, in war and through terror, may not be far from the mark, in a country of 22 million people."
I hope you actually check out the links you requested...Saddam was a monster. How quickly the world has forgotten that...

OMG! Saddam has killed so many Iraqi's they cannot even be counted. Mass graves were dug and many of the bodies were all just piled into them. What kind of a question is this? Does that mean that innocent civilians haven't been injured or killed during the war by American troops? No, of course not. But then again, when have you ever heard of a war where not one single innocent civilian was killed by one side or the other. Quit asking stupid questions and do some research.

Saddam was responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths of his citizens (even his OWN FAMILY!). He was TRIED and convicted for the deaths of 148. Bush is not a dictator. He alone could not send troops to Iraq. Bush has killed no one, so why don't you people put a sock in it! Take it up with your elected leaders. As far as killing Iraqi civilians, yes, some have been inadvertently hurt/killed by our troops, but more have been MURDERED by their own countrymen...thousands. When the cowardly Iraqi fighters use their own men/women/children as shields, yes they will get them injured/killed. YOU PEOPLE gripe about American troops killing civilians who are in the wrong place at the wrong time, but I don't hear a word out of YOU PEOPLE condemning the murderers who put bombs on and blow up innocent people. Get over it all ready.

Well it depends what you mean by Iraqi deaths, as in native iraqis or anyone dieing in iraq because of the war. But if you are talking about the soldiers in Iraq I would say Bush is more responsible for those deaths because he put the U.S. into a war that is pointless.

(4) Felix Dzerzhinsky, interviewed in Novaia Zhizn (14th July, 1918)
We stand for organized terror - this should be frankly admitted. Terror is an absolute necessity during times of revolution. Our aim is to fight against the enemies of the Soviet Government and of the new order of life. We judge quickly. In most cases only a day passes between the apprehension of the criminal and his sentence. When confronted with evidence criminals in almost
every case confess; and what argument can have greater weight than a criminal's own confession.
Does this sound like Bush in Jose Padilla case?

So far the death toll for the Iraqi war is 3,000 + wounded is around 20,000+ and the death of 200,000 + Iraqi's and counting.
The cost of this war is somewhere 400 billion dollars.
Saddam was responsible for 184 Kurds lives.
Don't worry, the only way they are going to stop bush from doing more damage is to impeach him! He should be hung.

Saddam certainly did his share of the killings of his own people, and Bush didn't kill any, it's the Insurgents i believe that are sending people strapped with bombs to go into busy areas and kill innocent people cause they wanna create more insecurity.

It isn't Bush's fault that religious zelots strap bombs to themselves and run into a crowded market to kill themselves and as many innocent people as they can.
Saddam ordered the deaths of many innocent people.
