eat a balanced BREAKFAST! add some fruit, oranges are great. If you eat a big healthy breakfast you wont be so hungry during the day. but at lunch eat a lite lunch. IF you get a craving drink a large glass of ice water, or how ever you drink it. TRUST ME after you drink the glass of water, your craving will go away. If not it will help digest your sweet better. CONTROL your sweet amount. have your cookie, but LIMIT 2!! If you cant exercise, just get up & clean or walk AFTER YOU EAT, within 20 minutes. work off what you ate! just try it, BE CONFIDENT IT WILL WORK,DON'T DIET, JUST TRAIN YOUR APPITIATE!!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

I used to be like that, mostly because I'd be bored at night. I have found though that if I make a point to have breakfast...something good and hearty, not cereal or yogurt (I ususally have a scrabbled egg and a piece of some type of lean breakfast meat)and eat intermittently through the day, you'll get out of the habit of eating late at night. I don't do that anymore. It's great. Lost 30 pounds so far!

Could it be that you are restricting yourself so much during the day, by the time the evening comes, you just pig-out? I have that very same problem. I'm good, I'm good, I'm good...then a small trigger happens and I will just gorge on food! I have such a hard time with it! Try eating MORE during the day...healthy food like fruits and veggies. See if that makes you less likely to go after the sweets at night. Hey, it's a theory...we're all different and we have to see what works for each of us. Good luck!

It sounds like your diet is severely lacking.

Eat fruit throughout the day, as an in between meal snack.

Don't beat yourself up too much. When I left the gym today, I bought a bag of chips for the weekend. They are gone now.

You are probably bored and trying to fix that. You need to figure out something else to do besides eat.
