well, i have my mind on these cars: rx-7, rx-8, 350z, 300zx, 240sx, silivia (s13 or s14) and if i ever get enough money, maybe these: lotus esprit, elise, or exige.

i want a car that can drift nicely without too many modifications or no modifications at all.

the rx-7 and r-8 r really nice cars. the only thing wrong with them is that they r really hard to maintain because of the oil consumption. i dont think ill have enuff money to keep up with this baby.

i dont really know whats wrong with the 300sx or 350z yet. they seem like pretty good cars. if there is nothing wrong with them, i wudnt know which to get

i havent checked out the s13 yet.

What's up man...glad you're into drifting and I'm too!!! Those cars you listed are all excellent drift cars.

The thing is that with drifting, no matter what car you get, you ARE going to have to make modifications to it to set it up for drifting. You can drift a stock car...but it'll really mess it up.

I would go with the S13...it's the cheapest to buy and modify, theyre RWD and they make EXCELLENT drift cars. Tanner Foust, a champion driver in the D1 Grand Prix has one.

If money is not too much of a problem, a 350Z would do nicely. It handles very well and can take a lot of power if properly modified.

i would roll the 350Z on that list....and if the cash justifies.... the Infiniti G35 coupe....that is one rocking ride!!! Of course... the Lotus Espirit is coming back sometime btwn 2008 and 2010.... but if you can't afford the G....go for the 350Z....still a headturner even more so then the RX7/RX8....the 300ZX is a cool looking ride....but kinda old now....and the 240SX....don't care for it at all... enjoy and good luck!!

Go with the 350z, as for the lotus--please remember that these are not transportation cars their expected life span is about 20,000 miles with out a major rebuild. No, saying that they are not any good----Just not made to commute in

try a 1982 to 86 camaro with a 2.5L four cyl they have great balance F/R and with 1 3/8 to 1 1/5 sway bars you cant spin them if you on the go pedal. have had years of fun and prison time due to mine . just a little head port work and it makes about 240hp@6400 & 250#tourque@4200. oh yea move the torque arm mout about 14 to16". aft then you will have a great G machine. i saw new cop cars with LT1s get verry small in the rearvue mirror. yea it only weighs abouty 2200# when ready.

if you want to go drifting then the best car to get is the old AE86 (Toyota Corolla GT-S). if you can find it....and not from a drifter, then it will be dirt cheap! like for around $2,000. thus leaving you with a good wad of cash to do modifications.

hell yeah go with the Nissan 350z. its better to go with foreign cars then cars made in the u.s. there built to last. what about getting a Nissan ALTIMA 3.5 V6 SE. now those cars look nice.

r32 or r34, if you're into drifting you should already know what those are, and i'm surprised they're not on your list.
