My puppy is slow to react and can't walk straight, she's a Pitt Bull about 5 weeks old whats wrong?

She's not very strong yet and will get stronger with time.

Sounds like an inner ear infection, you should get her to the vet as soon a possible. Its not parvo! Parvo has distinct symtoms,
5 weeks old is to young to be away from mom. The pup still doen't have a fully developed immune system yet. Get her to the vet before she gets worse. You can loose a puppy very quickly in hours even. I know I breed labradors and have had 4-6 week old pups get sick due and die to lack of mothers milk when mom dries up early. Even a slight viral or bacterial infection can be deadly. The person with the karro syrup suggestion is right. That will purk up a pup for a short time and give you more time to get to the vet. Go!

I would give her a teaspoon of caro syrup or pancake syrup, if she doesnt respong within twenty minutes get her to the emergency vet. She could have low blood sugar, and the syrup might snap her out of it if not there are so manythings that can go wrong with a baby puppy the vet is the only one who can say for sure

Puppies that young should still be with their mother. Hopefully that's the case here. Otherwise, you've gotten that puppy at way too young an age.
If you are concerned, take the time to see a vet. We are not really experts here. It could be serious, but maybe not.

It may very well be hypoglycemia, if you're not feeding her every few hours at that age. She's way too young to be away from her mother. Get her to the vet.

Yes, get that puppy to an Emergency Vet ASAP. If she has parvo, she could die within 24 hours. The sooner you get her to the vet and on fluids, the stronger chance she'll have of surviving.
