There's this boy that used to be in my class last year who started liking me in mid term and told like EVERYONE in the senior syndicate! (that's what I was in) and seriously embarrased me. He asked me out about 4 times and I've rejected him because I don't like him that way. He's had his friends ask me out, called me on my cellphone about 6 times in a day once, and now, he's saying he's depressed coz he'll never be with me! I like him as a friend, but I really want him to stop trying to make me go out with him and acting as if I'm his soulmate.

I would just try to ignore him, if you dont respond he might get bored with the whole thing and give up.

Give it a shot. If you are 110% POSITIVE that you could never like him, and don't once you go out once, maybe he'll realize that you're unhappy, and maybe he'll realize that it's not what he thought it would be............ then again, it might be you who gets the surprise.

I vote give him a chance, at the very least. Tell him how you feel to begin with, that you aren't particularly interested in him, but that he has one date to change your mind about him. This way, he switches from obnoxious little boy who wants you attention, to young man who is now entertaining it.

Be honest, as open as you can be if he's still not right for you after the date.

Also when you say that you're giving him one chance, make sure that you really are giving him a chance instead of just saying it and thinking the whole time 'This will never work'.

Keep an open mind for the guy that is apparently interested in you VERY much.
