I went through this w/ my two sons. They were sick at the same time and they too, vomited constantly throughout the day. I had throw up everywhere! My husband and I barely got any sleep let alone the kids. It was awful. I feel for you. Everyone had some good ideas for you. Hang in there. Just keep givng them love and hugs.

Have they been tested for Gerd or reflux? I thought my twins were always getting some form of flu, but when there is no fever present or other flu like systoms, Gerd will minic flu with diearea and vomiting perhaps you should ask their doctor about that!!

Push the liquids, a little at a time. Pedialyte or water is best. Also, for the diarrhea put them on the B.R.A.T. (Bananas, rice, apple(sauce), toast.)
My daughter had this last week. Hang in there!
When they get feeling better, chuck their toothbrushes and buy new. Also, wash sippy cups, pacifiers, etc with hot water and boiling them wouldn't be a bad idea either. Wipe down all plastic toys with Lysol wipes, or use a disinfecting spray.

went through this recently..with a virus most meds won't really work anyway - you have to let them get it out of their system... try to not have them eat any thing for at least an hour to let their stomache heal- start them slow on food - but make sure they are hydrated....... it's going to be tough........ also bleach counters if its ok, etc wash everything or you'll get it........ went through our whole house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!! Call dr if necessary!! Dehydration is what they're most worried about right now..... Good Luck again........ I know how hard this is!

Just keep cleaning up the messes and putting them back too sleep. Give them small amounts of fluids (even if they ask for more) so that they stay hydrated while not putting too much in their bellies.

I would try pedialyte, to keep them hydrated. As for the diarrea, give bananas, and maybe childrens pepto. I hope that they feel better, and that everyone gets some sleep. Good luck hun!

Call the doc in a few hours if it hasn't lessened significantly.
The flu can be serious in little ones.
I hope they feel better soon!!

There is a Gravol for kids. You can also put a towel beneath their heads just in case.
