My aunt refused to eat the pizza AND the fish sticks that I prepared tonight... she said that her grandmother said you would die eating dairy and fish...obviously thats not true, but what does happen?

It is from the 'old county' ways. On the farm, milk was 'whole' and when it warmed in your stomach with fish, it could cause digestive irregularities.

Nothing happens, we eat fish fillet sandwiches with cheese quite a bit or fish sticks/fillets with mac & cheese. And nothing happens! So don't worry about it, eat fish & pizza any time you want to, except when your grandmother is over!!

Jewish Kosher rules say that you can't eat a dish with both dairy and meat. Also can't eat fish without scales.
I find nothing about fish and dairy.

You poop dairy and fish.
They give little children fish sticks in school and wash them down with milk. Do you see any reports of mass deaths in cafeterias?

nothing is wrong w/ the combo. i put shredded cheese in my tuna salad. and mcdonald's puts it on his filet o' fish so it's all good!
