I don't know for a fact if it does, but everyone says that it does, and I have a personal story about it. My best friend was getting her nose pierced and the lady was using a safety bar to catch the needle. My friend twitched when the needle went through and as a result of that she had her nostril and a partial septum piercing. She said it hurt, and I believe her because she's not a pussy. Well that's it.

it probably does, cuz it probably has blood in it. the only reason gettin ur ear piercedd dont hurt is cuz theres no nerves there. leeast thats what i heard. im not a girl so i wouldnt know.

wait isn;t that like part of ur heart????? so why would tht be pierced unless you're getting sugery....and if u are, u wouldn't feel it cuz u'd be asleep......omg why do u need to know??
