If you eat lunch at exactly the same time every day that this happens it is probably your blood sugar taking a dip. Add a little more protein to your lunch and it will help a little, if that is in fact the reason. It could be something like a real borng teacher at that time.

Try eating a protein like an egg, with a cereal like oatmeal. It will hold your sugar level more stable and wont drop like a sweet breakfast.
When it does drop, keep a box of raisins or a juice without sugar around for the two oclock blahs.
My sister eats a spoon of peanut butter to get past it.

Your body is adjusted to going to bed at that certaian time, the only way you can break the habit is not sleep until the time you want and keep repeating that method and then eventually your body will get used to the new time, GOOD LUCK!

if it's after lunch, that means your brain is concentrating on digesting the food so you feel like sleepy, tired, etc. if it's before lunch, that means you need something to eat.
