ive been good on probation so far clena everything and alwysa show up, shes a very nice lady, i got re arrested for posession of alchol witch is a violation not even a misdeminor, will i get a warning or what, im very scared let me know please

Since Alcohol is listed on your terms of probation, it means that it is serious enough and related to your original crime, so you either have to avoid it or go back to jail. If this is the first time and only time you have violated your probation, you may get lucky. But if it is not, you are probably then going to prison to serve out your sentence instead.

Okay, so you have violated your probation, but only in a minor way. Relax!!!!!!!! Unless New York's prisons are empty, you are going to be okay. Your PO is going to give you a good chewing out, and warn you that future violations may result in harsher penalties, but, unless New York is very different from my state, that will be the worst of it

They will probably go over your case with a fine tooth comb and
depending on what kind of mood their in will decide your case.
I'd be prepared with a lawyer and fight it until nothing was left to fight! You still have rights, don't let them be walked on!

all you can know for sure is that they will re-evaluate the deal that they made with you when they put you on probation.
