Jesus Christ in the OT-the OT and NT confirm that Jesus christ is God. It is prophecied Isaiah 7:14 and Matthew quotes this in Matthew 1:23 Isaiah prophesies Isaiah 9:6, Isaiah 48;16-17 and also Micah 5:2

Well, first you have to believe in the Bible, and then if you believe that the Bible is true, you can examine who Jesus was and who he claimed to be. If you want to know the birth of Jesus, which tells about him being God's son, read Luke 1:26-37. Also Jesus claims that he is "the way the truth and the life" and no one can go to heaven if they don't have him (John 14:6)

Peace!
The words Jesus himself said which speak of his divinity. In John 5, 18 we are told that Jesus' opponents sought to kill him because he "called God his Father, making himself equal with God."

And in John 8, 58, when quizzed about how he has special knowledge of Abraham, Jesus replies, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was. I Am" - invoking and applying to himself the personal name of God--"I Am" (Exodus 3,14). His audience understood exactly what he was claiming about himself. "So they took up stones to throw at him, but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple" (John 8, 59).

Also significant are passages that apply the title "the First and the Last" to Jesus. This is one of the Old Testament titles of Yahweh. The title is directly applied to Jesus in the book of Revelation. (Revelation 1, 17; 2,8; 22, 12-13).

The early Church Fathers also recognized that Jesus Christ is God and were adamant in maintaining this precious truth.
Ignatius of Antioch
"To the Church beloved and enlightened after the love of Jesus Christ, our God, by the will of him that has willed everythiing which is" (Letter to the Romans [A.D. 110]).

none..................jesus was made powerful by god....(.philippians 2:9)....thats the reason why he is powerful

phil 2:9----For this very reason also God exalted him to a superior position

john 5:26 and 27-----he has granted also to the Son to have life in himself. .......And he has given him authority to do judging

matthew 28:18----(jesus said).....all power is given to me

all these were made possible because god caused him to be powerful......not that he is god
