That is a product of evolution. The dinosaurs couldn't adapt when their planet changed and they died. Can humans adapt to a warmer planet to survive? Humans were around during the last ice age, 10,000 years ago, and we survived that one.
For humans, our adaptation may have to be an evolution in thought, how we view ourselves and the world around us.

Humans don't evolve in the course of their lifetime. Humans only adapt as a species when certain alleles change in frequency within a population due to natural selection or other natural processes.
We also don't "adapt to survive." We either survive or we don't because of certain adaptations we have.

depends on whether or not that is inheritable, if the adaptattions can be passed on to offspring and it makes them more likely to survive and produce offspring, then yes it is evolution

nope its instinct to use your evolutionary traits in order to survive. the body will sacrifice anything to live, for example when you get hypothermia your blood rushes out of your arms and legs to warm the center of your body to maintain survival.
