I'm so stressed out.
I have no clothes ( since something happend)
I missed a week of school and now I need to make up alot of work
I have to deal with the worst pepole in the house
I have to talk to my friends but they are mad at me.

How do I deal with all fo this

This what I would do.Focus on your classes.Don't worry right now about your friends.Set priorities first.Cloths sent for some from home.When your stressed and need a break take a bath
or shower.(very warm)Lay down for a while with the lights off.

Firstly you must understand that the effects of stress can lead to all sorts of illnesses i.e. depression / mental illness / cancer

If you dont want any of these things then learn to control your mind and tell yourself NOT to be stressed (the thought of cancer does it for me)

Flip your talisman from positive to negative - dont look at things as a problem, look at them as a challenge and tell yourself, kool i'll accept that challenge and motivate yourself to achieve the task in an original or unique way i.e. someone yells at me I immediately jump up and start singing and dancing and do the moonwalk ... this usually gets everyone laughing - the bottom line being ... NO STRESS

The second most important thing to do is to find some ways you can "destress everyday" i.e. play games (it takes ALL your concentration and focus), hot bath, meditation, walk etc

deep breathing.seriously it really helps.
When doing this, clear out your mind from everything and think about the best thing that ever happened to you

And yes about these problems, just stay cool.
If your friends are mad at you for no reason or they refuse to even listen to your problem and help you, ignore them. Friends are not just for sharing things and having fun. They are to listen to you and solve your problems
So find someone who really understands
And for the people at home. just don't let their words to decieve you or prove you wrong cause you know that you're right

no clothes?well my mom says that its not a really big deal but it really is.if you have less clothes just try this mix and match thing.its fun and it works too

need to make up a lot of work?well you know what sweety,just think that its nothing, and i can do a lot more.just think that this is your duty and once you're finished with this there's nothing to worry about

the most important thing to keep in mind is to stay positive and think that i can do this cause i know i can.

try talking to your school conselor, sometimes they can give a different perspective on things that helps and just talking to someone can really help, also try deep breathing exercises or yoga, these are also useful for relieving some of the tension in your body
