Maybe you can bring it up before she does.
"I met this girl the other night. I think that she is so awesome. I mean, she's just the kind of girl for me. She's so different from you, you know? You are like the perfect friend for me. I don't know what I'd do if I lost you as a friend. I never want our relationship to change."
Or something like that. Maybe not so harsh and fake but I think you get the idea. Good luck.

Just be honest. Tell her that you don't have feelings for her that way. Tell her some excuses (if they are true or not, that won't hurt her). Like that it would be like being with your sister, or that you don't want it to be awkward. Things like that. It will get the point across and it shouldn't hurt her too bad.

Just tell her that you like her as a friend and could not imagine being anything more than friends. Say that even if you two did date.. that you are afraid taht if you broke up, you would not be friends afterwards and do not want to chance it. You like your two's relationship as it is and do not want to go any further. Good Luck!!!

Tell her that you're glad that you're good enough friends that she feels comfortable telling you that but you think a relationship might ruin what you two already have as friends. Tell her that you dont think that you're ready for a relationship with someone that is such a good friend.

Tell her that you are her friend. And you don't see her in that way. And you hope that it doesn't ruin your friendship. The only thing is: She is gonna feel really weird around you once you reject her. So just be ready to feel really uncomfortable when she comes around.

Hey I know that girl too.
She tells everyone that she likes them. LOL.
Don't worry if you don't like her, she will find someone that does. She may hurt a bit now...but probably thank you for turning her down.
Besides you don't sound like the kind of guy she needs anyway.

Break the ice dude. Don't approach like this "Ok, heres the thing, Your not cute, infact your ugly, bla bla bla. Just tell her the truth. "Ok, I'm going to be a jerk for a second, and tell you something, that i really need to say....."

just make sure she says nothing about it. So when she walks up to you greet her like this: " Hello my friend who I have a completely platonic relationship with and couldn't imagine being more than friends with, did you have something you might want to reconsider telling me?"

Just let her down easy. Don't totally make her feel like crap and brake her heart. Just tell her you would just like to be friends for now.
