I'm not sure, but maybe he wants to know how long you can be expected to be around. I've heard of guys asking to see what a girls mother looks like because a daughter usually looks like her mom when she gets older and he wants to see what he will be dealing with in the future. But age? Could be a psycho if you are new in the relationship.
