The only thing that your can do is try to stay clean. Cyst usually have a bacterial factor to them and the be defense is a good offense. Other cysts because of sebaceous glands or ingrown hairs and that sort is a little out of your reach for help.

I believe skin cysts are a hygiene issue. Since you are 13 you will tend to have more oily skin because of puberty so it's not because of lack of effort on your part.
Try an astringent on the areas that tend to get the cysts....and just try to keep the area as clean and dry as possible.

I inherited that gene from my dad. I got an antibiotic ointment I use when they start.
I'm careful to rinse soap off.
don't use scented stuff
See a dermotologist to get them removed if they get bad.
My sister, brother, and I, all have had them for years.
We are all careful about the soap we use, it seems to irritate it.
I clean then use alcohol cotton ball on the back of may ears after I shower to get the last of the soap residue. Hair stuff causes it too, so use the cotton ball after you do your hair. on your ears.

anti bacterial soap/body wash can sometimes help reduce the occurrences, if that doesn't help you may need to check with the doctor for something in prescription form
