Take Immodium-AD, eat rice, bananas, apples, drink tea and take some calcium (but make sure it doesn't have magnesium in it because magnesium is a laxative).

Yuk, that happened to me when I ate some chinese food a few weeks ago. I took the pink stuff, but it didn't do any good until after the food left my system (about 2 days).
The best thing I can suggest is to stay near a bathroom.

If you don't have an Imodium AD or Pepto or they aren't helping maybe trying eating stuff that will kinda bind you up a bit. Like cheeses, apples, bananas and maybe oatmeal. Fiber will help absorb excess fluids in your intestines so you'll end up having firmer bowels.
