You think 'evolutionists' believe that animal life involved just so we could start munching the vegetables put here by our Lord?

You could have typed 'plant evolution' in to google and looked it up if you were genuinely interested. I don't understand half these theological questions. Or rather, I don't understand the point of them.

Yep. They evolve relatively fast.

Who thumbs that down? I am saying that you can watch generations of plants change. I'm not talking about a fossil record or anything.
