Why do the scriptures(revelation)say that Satan will attack the chosen ones(CHRISTIANS) not the Jews.

What are you talking about? Revelation says nothing about satan attacking the 'chosen ones.' It says that beast was given authority to war against 'the saints,' and that satan will be released to tempt 'the nations.' Why don't you read the book, then come back and ask your question?

I am not familar with the passage(s) that refer to your question. A general information note would be that God's chosen people have always been the Jews. However, the Christians were included when Paul's ministry was in progress.

He will attack those that believe in the true and living God

and anyone who believes in christ is considered a Jew.
