If it were free, the government officials wouldn't have free cars, cellphones,and a paycheck for doing nothing (at least nothing for us).

Well, you have to pay for the subway somehow, and people consider it most fair to have the people that actually use it pay for it. Not everyone uses it.

For all the reasons here and because the mayor(A FEMALE-DOG) uses our money to built the Freedom Tower, Built roads for more traffic, painting bridges when they are going to get rusted again thats why buddy
