definitly tell him. that's the first thing you MUST do. don't wait for him to say something first cause he could be waiting for you to say something first and you both could be waiting forever. after that, just do it in a normal situation. when you thing the time is best.

The places you can tell him would be at a park or the courtyard of your school. It's a nice place to talk surrounded by trees in an urban setting. Talk about school for an icebreaker and then expand the conversation from there. Hmmm, what to wear for such thing? Somthing casual and comfortable, but accent your outfit with some funky jewellery, so it stands out. I'm sure you'll do fine.... Good Luck!!!

Well, make sure that is it just the two of you, and don't worry about the place or the cloth you'll be wearing, that won't change the fact if he likes you he likes you and if he doesn't he doesn't...
