i want to practice my english any idea how to improve it please

i suggest taking an esl or tefl course of which there are many in mexico. perhaps even getting en english picture dictionary would also help. constantly talk in english to improve it, however do not ever lose your original language. Mexico is a great country by the way.

Look into an ESL (English as a Second Language) program at any community college or cultural center.
Just to practice, find native speakers (who speak English properly) to converse with. Email me if you'd like.

Well...practice, of course!
Do you live in the States? Obviously, you're going to find English-speaking people there...Try writing stories and whatnot in English...good for grammar skills. Who do you know that speaks English? If you're not already, I would suggest becoming very good friends with them, so you can have more opportunities to speak English.

Translate movies or TV shows into your native language. They should be things slightly above your level. You'll have to memorize a lot of things in order to completely transcribe them (it's easiest if you write down all the words first, THEN translate) and watch over and over again...you'll remember almost every word from that movie.
Books won't work. Music won't work quite as well. Seriously, try it.
