I reckon the best is Egg&Bacon Muffin meal in McDonald's (served till 10.30am)! It comes with hash brown and hot chocolate. I just love it & would have it every day. It is funny in a way, cos I never eat nothing from McDonald's - rest of meals served during the day is just fast food.

A smoothie! Just blend together a container of yogurt, some frozen berries or fruit (I prefer blueberries, mango, or strawberries), a splash of orange juice and a few ice cubes. Only takes about a minute to make, it's very tasty, and really good for you!

Eggy bread (slices of bread, dipped in beaten egg that is flavoured with oregano and black pepper) quick-fried in butter or olive oil. Great with fried tomatoes!
And porridge cooked with cinnamon and sultanas/ pitted dates, then served with a splash of milk or cream.
