Could be funny, stupid, just as long as I know what I'm talking about. I have to preform this in front of 3 judges, so I need to be informative and accurate. Give me some ideas please?

When I was in college in the 1970s, I had a star football player in my speech class. He gave a speech about football, because it was pretty much all he knew. But he really did know football, and it was a very good speech.

Speak about what you know about. Even if it's something strange, and especially if it's something not everyone knows. A hobby, a pet, an interesting relative, whatever. What, really, do you know about? Baseball cards? Comics? Movie memorabilia?

If you can't find anything of interest there, talk to your grandparents and find a topic that's interesting mostly because it's long ago. Again, even ordinary, pop culture things will be interesting if you can get an older person with a good memory talking. Old movies? TV shows? Music? What was school like when they were kids?
