Try something where you can talk. Can you take her to dinner and have your chaperones sit at another table? How about something like mini golf or bowling?

If you are under the restraint of a chaperone, then that means at least one (probably both) sets of parents here expect you to be highly respectful of the young lady/man. Therefore, go somewhere that will reflect this attitude.

I don't know what the weather is like in your area, but if its nice you could try going for a walk in the park. It's nice, its public (which will put the chaperone at ease), and it will give you and your date plenty of time to talk and get to know each other.

Another good idea is a ball game. It has the same principles listed above, but you have something entertaining to watch.

then make her go to the movies, call her up and be like this:

Listen Cinderella, I know you don't want to go to the movies, BUT I DO !! therefor we are going to the damn movies, I am the man and I will tell you what to do. and if she say no, just simply grab her by the wig and pull her a.s.s. all the way to the theaters. They love that, they love to see manly man in action,
