If you falsified any information to receive or continue the service you could face charges but the prisons are full.

If you charged items on the cards with the intent of not paying, you could face criminal charges for fraud. In the US, you can't go to jail for owing money.

no you can not go to jail. the credit card company will take you to court and get a judgement against you to garnish your wages.

Heck no, there is no debters prisons anymore. They stopped that a few years ago:)

Don't try to get credit after and that can be worse than going to jail if you need it.

they will file a collection and then eventually may be u have to file the bankruptcy..but i dont think u can go to jail for not payin the credit card

If they sue you it is a civil, not a criminal charge. The only time you would go to jail is you defrauded the company and they pressed criminal charges and the police arrested you.
