No sorry you got that all a little wrong. Adam committed sin by eating fom the forbidden fruit the only tree in the garden of eden that Adam and Eve were NOT allowed to eat from. However Eve took the Apple ( Satan ,the serpant betrayed her ) and ate from it and the gave it to Adam and he ate from it . The minute they did they realized that they were naked meaning they were now sinners they disobeyed god so they covered themself up with Fig leaves because they were now ashamed due to sin . Thats how sin started it had NOTHING to do with sex. It was all part of gods plan.By the way adam and Eve will be in heaven they just couldn,t live in the garden of eden anymore again due to they sinning nature. God Bless, Nicole

There was no real sin involved; this is only a misinterpretation.
When the bible speaks of partaking of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil you are reading what is called a metaphor. Knowledge of good and evil is a metaphoric reference to judgment. When you judge something you attempt to determine if it is acceptable or not. In effect you are deciding if it is good or evil from your point of view.
Once we were just like the animals and recognized that everything in the garden that God had given us was good. At some point we started to judge some thing as being better than others are. This set up a situation where something’s were more appealing to us than others. We started wishing for these things and were no longer happy with some of the other things in the garden.
This is what is referred to as the fall of man, or separation from God. Some references actually call this the detour into insanity. This self-induced separation from the knowledge of the perfection of god’s gifts to us was never shared by the animals. They were too smart to fall for this silly idea and were not fooled by the ideas of good and evil. For this reason they exist along side of us still experiencing the perfection of the garden. While we have excluded ourselves with our ideas of judgment. This is a truly fascinating subject that has many interesting facets. Including how to reverse the process and return to the original state. If you feel the need to discuss it further send an email.
Love and blessings.

In the original story of the Garden of Eden, Adam allowed himself to be seduced by Eve to eat of the forbidden fruit. Eve was seduced by the Snake, Satan. When they both ate of the fruit, their eyes were opened and they became ashamed of their nakedness.
The fruit actually caused them to no longer be innocent. This was the original, or first sin. Sex had nothing to do with it. Their free will allowed them to make the "wrong" decision, to disobey God. If they had not had free will beforehand, they would not have been able to disobey Him. In other words, and to be quite clear, the original sin was that Adam AND Eve BOTH disobeyed a direct order from their Creator.
By the way, God is not a person. He is a God, Jehovah, I AM. There are two portrayals of GOD depending on which testament you happen to be reading.
In the Old Testament, God is a judgemental, angry, cold, vengeful and distant Creator, expecting Perfection from his Creation.
In the New Testament, God is the Father of Jesus Christ. He is depicted as forgiving and loving and being of Light and Love.
The bible scholars say that the change in God came about because Jesus was God on earth, with a physical body and finally able to truly understand what temptation was to us. Jesus reconciled us to God. That is how Forgiveness came to be, from God's point of view.

God told Adam and Eve to "go forth and procreate". Sex is not a sin, although it often is confused as one.
Adam was thrown out of Eden because he could not resist temptation. Eve could not resist either, and then offered the same temptation to Adam as the "serpent" did to her.
They knew God had ordered them not to eat the fruit, but greed and the thirst to know as much as God and be equal to him was what drove them to the further sin of disobedience.
I often wonder what would've happened if Adam had not taken the apple or vice versa...Would only men/women be in Paradise and the opposite sex in this world.

Adam's sin was defying God. God warned Adam and Eve not to eat from the tree of knowledge, and he did anyway. Sex has nothing to do with Adam's sin. Institutionalized religion likes to use scripture to scare people into believing that sex is bad as a way to control women's bodies..

I don't know what exactly the original sin was aside from disobedience.
God created this planet and its species, including homo sapiens, over 5 time periods. All “creatures” were created “AFTER ITS KIND” and able to “multiply” (procreate).
Then in the sixth time period Adam was created “AFTER OUR IMAGE”! Adam was created BY HIMSELF! He was given “God’s spirit”. Gen. 2:7-9, 16&17. HE was created to live indefinitely within his special environment, the Garden of Eden. That’s why it was fatal for him to eat from the “tree of knowledge of good and evil” which made him mortal. Gen. 2:17.
Eve was an afterthought so Adam would not be all by himself. Gen. 2:21,22
Meant to live indefinitely Adam and Eve did NOT NEED to procreate! They had no sense or ambition of sexuality. Gen. 2:25. They were not ashamed – innocent.
God gave them the power of choice, to obey his instructions or not.
After eating the forbidden fruit – also known as the “original sin” - they were sexually “activated” (Gen. 3:7-11 & 16) (they were ashamed!) and God had to change His plans for them. So Adam and Eve were expelled from the Garden of Eden in order to KEEP THEM AWAY from the “tree of life” which could have sustained their life (and that of now possible offsprings) indefinitely - Gen. 3:22-24.
They were now condemned to live their life in the outside world and procreate like the “creatures” (Neanderthals & Co.) created before them. (Gen. 3:16) They now also were destined to die like them.
I’m not sure from the text if the “original sin” was engaging in sex or disobeying God’s command which resulted in mortality and the need of procreation.
But either way we, the descendents have to live with it. So while sex for procreation is not a sin, sex just for pleasure and outside of marriage is considered a sin – as in: not in God’s plan.

Adam and Eve have been forgiven for engaging of the forbidden fruit. Do you not understand scriptures, If Adam and Eve by no skill partook of the forbidden fruit. we would not be right here on earth as we communicate and Adam and Eve might nonetheless be interior the backyard of Eden with none little ones nonetheless. For they new no sin for they have been as harmless as 2 sons and daughters understanding not something approximately intercourse or maybe having little ones. basically while Lucifer theory that he became into clever to have Eve Partake of the forbidden fruit that the eyes of Adam and Eve have been open, to understanding stable from evil. Then understanding that they have been bare, yet before engaging of the fruit they new not that they have been bare . Or to experience embarrassed that they have been bare. The devil had an element in gods plane to have Adam and Eve partake of the forbidden fruit. in any different case back like I mentioned we nonetheless would not be born until Adam and Eve took of the fruit. Then they have been solid out of the backyard of Eden to bypass forth and characteristic little ones and to artwork for there nutrition and positioned across up there little ones so keep in mind be grateful that they partook of the fruit. God knows ever ingredient and the devil is a dummy yet depraved.

People try to make this bigger than it really is. Adam's sin was disobedience-thats all. He only had one (1) rule to follow-that was do not eat from this specific tree. Some say it was an apple, others say it was sex. No way-the sin was to disobey God-period, nothing more.

One of the things that is a common occurrence for the times that we live in,is how soo many people seem to equate the Lord and Creator of all every created thing, with the creation. And also speaking about God as if the opinion will decrease the Majesty, and Might of God.A word to the ignorant;Peace!
