It is two separate paintings of the same scene. One shows a man sitting at a bar looking to his right and the other shows a woman sitting at the same bar looking to her left. Gives the illusion that they are staring across at each other. Any ideas?

Sounds kinda like Edward Hopper. He painted lots' of lonley people. (Mona Lisa, HA!)
