-Cheese & Crackers; I reccommend those keebler butterfly crackers & cheddar/jalepeno cheese.
-Veggies & dip. Always get ranch dip and put a variety of vedgies on the side.
-Fruit bowl. Take a bunch of well cut fruit and put them in a bowl, along with tooth picks for people to eat it with. Do that, or provide paper plates & whipped cream for them to make a fruit parfait with.
-Finger sandwhiches. If you use sour cream and cucrumber, it turns out wonderful.
-Popcorn/Pretzels are always nice to have. Goldfish, too.

Super Bowl Parties are great if you have food during the whole game..

Try buying some big sub sandwiches at the supermarket and add fresh lettuce and sauces. Slice them into 2" slices.

For a few extra bucks you could do some steamed prawns...place a colander over a boiling pot of pickling spices and cover for about 6-8 minutes. Serve with a variety of dips and lemon...I like Big Rick's BBQ Sauce with a bit of sour cream for a dip!!!

Popcorn is something which can last the whole game, good suggestion.

Stand-by favourites...cheese and crackers / veg and dip / ...

Try roasting a mixture of nuts in the oven, add a bit of chili powder or garlic powder...put out in a couple of big bowls.

Try making a fresh salsa..chopped tomatoes, basil, red onion, corn, s & p, bit of chili, bell peppers...ect...

Don't rely on having something big at halftime as everyone wants to watch the halftime shows...even though it will feature Price ( the artist currently known as...? ).

Most of your food should be served with toothpicks or fully edible...hard to sit on the couch with plates and utensils..

toward the end of the game come out with a large bowl of blue and white jellybeans to celebrate the Colts win!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most supermarket's deli departments make platters for sandwiches. They're fairly inexpensive and a whole lot easier. Call ahead and pick it up while you're getting the beer for your party.
