Put the dog in a padded room and never let him out unless supervised. Or take him to see a shrink if he shows signs of derpression. Oh yeah never leave rope out!!

His friend did not notice the dog could hang if fell certain way??? You got to think for ur pet they r like kids & can't do alot by himself!!!!! He should get the dog and learn to make saftey an issue for the pet.

Why would his friend's dog "hanging himself" have any bearing on him getting a dog??

Help him shop for a harness to fit the new dog - it can't choke itself on that.
