why people have always have tantrums ?

We have tantrums because we can't figure out what the heck you're trying to say!

People in general or are you talking about children? Children have tantrums because they dont yet understand how to control their feelings or communicate properly. That is why you must teach them that throwing temper tantrums are wrong and teach them the right way to react. They will grow out of it eventually.....at least you hope they will grow out of it. Some dont get taught correctly and throw tantrums even as teens because they are spoiled brats.

I don't know any adults that suffer from this. Not for an unknown reason anyway. Most adults I know usually have a decent reason for being upset. As for children, they are not aware of how to cope with emotions and need a good parent to help.
