Same taste. I usually stew them in a slow cooker all day with a can of tomatoes and some potatoes.

Yes, you fry them the same, and they taste the same, but the chicken heart will be more tender than the gizzard.

yes ive seen people do it with rice, and the 2nd part i don't know I am from the north and wasn't excited about eating chicken hearts.
