my dog keeps licking his testiclas and i found that his testicals is peeled and irratated

He needs the vets attention. It's obvious that something is wrong and his excessive licking is not going to heal it. It's just going to make it worse.

I am a dog groomer, so i see a lot of irritated testicals. In my experience, if the dog has long hair, having a groomer or vet shave them seems to help. The vet also may prescribe a cream or ointment for them. Otherwise stopping him from licking them will make the irritation subside but might not stop the cause, it could be bacterial, or something more sinister such as a lump inside that is causing him discomfort... see your vet

Your best be is to take him to the vet so that they can give hima shot for some relief. If you try a topical treatment it may just make the licking worse. There are many reasons as to why your dog is doing this, the main one is because he is a male and once they start they can't stop and it just keeps getting worse.

OK I have 2 male dogs in my home now. It could be something he has sat in or the everyday cleaner you use on your floors that have irritated him. Or he could have been bitten by a bug and now infection has set in which is very irritating to dogs skin. He may have developed and allgery.
He needs to be seen by your vet very soon. :)

the first thing is to take the dog to your vet. as soon as you can. Are you going to use your dog for breeding? if not then i would get him neutered. you vet may tell that is for the best.
