Today is a gray and rainy day for me. After my visit to the doctor, I got to pick up my truck from the repair shop. Plunked down $450 for the repair bill. Not much of a highlight there. The day is not over yet, though. Odds are it can only get better.

Finding out that the boy I'm crushing on was asking about me all day. (I'm out of town and he was concerned about me driving home. I didn't go to bed until 3 am and I got up at 6:45.. left at 8. He was worried I would fall asleep while driving!) : - ) I was so excited I started to cry!!

I have been really "down" today. The best moments so far were when I gave the horses their lunch and sat in the sun with the barn cats, on the hay and watched the horses eat and listened to my ipod.

I am within 100 pages of finishing typing my notes for my first book. I'm on page 479 of my notes with about 94 left to type. Then I could have a rough draft within two months. YIPPIE!

When i finally understood empirical formulas 5 minutes before we had a test over them in chemistry! i had been trying to learn those things for a week and i just now got them! i think i passed the test.

learning that my taxes and insurance are going up so much that they will eventually have to forclose on our home if we don't get second and third jobs, which is an impossibility of time and space.
