ok i just started going out with a guy. He is really nice but once we started dating i felt like this wasnt really what i wanted. he is always texting me and he told me he loved me after 1 WEEK! i definetly think this is a bad sign and i am pretty sure i should dump him. on the other hand, i have a really good guy friend. i met him last year and we hang out at least once a week. we always just rent movies and go out and get food together. by the end of the night, we are always play fighting and cuddling. i have always had this feeling towards him but i dont know what to do. the problem is, he is very open and experienced and i am a virgin. hw is always joking around about it but i know he respects the deisions i made. i want to c if more can come out of it byut i dont know if it will owrk bc i wont be able to satisfy all his needs. should we just stay as clopse friends? or can i try for more?

First: you don't like the guy you're dating? Great, you're still young, so dump him. Better now than later.

Second: don't worry about satisfying his needs; if he respects your decisions and still wants to get with you, great. If you get together and he starts pressuring you to do stuff you don't want to, just say "Hey, I really like being with you, but since you need a girlfriend who can do things I'm not willing to do, how about we go back to being friends?"

Sex is not a need my friend, it's a want and if he really does respect you then it shouldn't matter if you are holding that back. If he doesn't respect your feelings then there is no love lost and he wasn't even a true friend to start with. Don't lower your Morales to please anyone. You sound like a sweet person and I hope things work out for you.

u should go w/ u guts. if u don't get that tinkely feeling when u c him. then u just like him as a friend. tell him that. but try 2 find out how u feel first. do u feel comfortable around him. maybe 2 comfortble. cuz that's a sign that u don't really like him. if u like a guy. then u get kinda self consious and yet comfortable. lol. it's kinda weird but u'll know when u try it

its a big move, but ditch your current bf, and try to start dating your friend. like kiss him one night while you're "cuddling" and see how he reacts.
