I'm 16, and finally comming out of a depression. You're going to have days when you feel gross, fat, ugly, not good enough, you name it/ you'll feel it. You need to take those days into stride. Stare yourself down in the mirror and realize what you have. Maybe pretty eyes, nice hair, pretty smile. If you find one thing, tons more will keep building up. It took a loving boyfriend to make me realize how much better I needed to treat myself. Also, and I know this sounds lame trust me, but if you eat right and eat healthy, excersize even a little bit, you'll start to feel better. Give ita try. Let me know how you're doing!!!!

A good weight for 15yr girl is about 120 or below. So ya, your kinda overweight, but just keep exercising and eating right and you'll get there. Trust me, I know it's hard to stick to exercising, but if you want a good body stick to it no matter what. And you never wanna be anorexic, that's just horrible. Anorexia limits you even more than being overweight does. That was my goal at one point. I didn't eat or drink hardly anything! I got very dark circles around my eyes and I could see my ribs as if I didn't have any skin. It's no fun. I have full faith that if you stick to working out you'll be shape. Tip: Fat is easier to turn into muscle than being skinny. :)

First you should start appreciating yourself more and don't let any negativity into your life. If its others aying things anbout you always remeber that no ones a perfect ten. No even the celebrities who've had all of that work done. Also listing all of the things that you like about yourself and or that your good at.

im 14 and in the same problem. i hav a bf and he tells me im beautiul and i should stop "doggin" on myself, people tell me stuff like that all the time. it takes some encouragement to stop telling urself things tha lower self esteem. just look in the mirror and tell urself ur beautiful. that makes me feel better. u need to accept urself 4 who ur. i know its rele hard cuz im just learning 2 accept myself 2. so rite now we are in the same problem. so take it from me just accept urself and as long as u have some great trustworthy friends u should be okay in life.

look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself u r beautiful. love yourself! PLay sports and tell yourself your good at them. read a book. tell yourself your smart. Study and ace your next test. (this really helps btw) Apply makeup. Do your hair and make it really pretty for no reason. Make yourself an award for being an awesome person. Jump up really high in the air and say that youre cool. Be yourself. Think positive.

Be honest to yourself and think positive. Try looking at the bright side of things and relax. Don't worry about things you can't control and just be yourself. That's pretty much all you can do.

Don't put yourself down. Think about your positive qualities. Don't say anything like: Im fat, I should work out more, I'm really not pretty, or anything like that. I did that before and it wasn't good. Just talk to people, be confident in yourself and most of all, just be you!!!

try not to worry about other people think of u. just think about yourself in a postitve way and always try to make yourself happy. good luck
