I would think not.....it is not a Foreign country. It is good ol' USA!

The State of Hawaii is one of the United States of America.

You do not need a passport to travel (including by air) from one US state to another.

Yes, you do. Citizens of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Bermuda are required to present a passport to enter the United States when arriving by air from any part of the Western Hemisphere.

absolutely not. it's part of the U.S., but you will have to turn in paperwork when you return to report if you are carrying back any fruits/vegetables/natural products of Hawaii
