For example if I'm in physical pain I repeat to myself "No one ever died from pain." Or if I'm pushing myself to run faster and not stop or something I tell myself "I am strong. I can do this." And since I'm kind of shy, when I'm faced with a social situation I tell myself that "Life's too short to live unnoticed." What are some of your chants?

Mine at work used to be:
"Surely someone who made it all the way to Chief of Police can't be this stupid, this must be a good idea" to comfort me as we carried out the latest ridiculous edict from our boss.
Sadly we found that like most quotes, this could be erroneous.

um its not made up by me but i always say love peace and chicken grease it is weird but it means something to me my friend and i would say that alot to each other when we said bye and about a month ago she passed away and that is the last thing we said to each other so it gets me going
