is it true that on mardi gras day if a girl or a guy gives you beads, or something that kinda helps you look festive for this holiday, you have to flash them? cuz a girl gave me beads today (shes my freind) and she keeps saying i broke a rule, then my other frend told me that when a girl gives you beads you have to flash them...
is this true?

I do not know about the Mardi Gras in New Orleans.
In the Orient, we have a similar celebration and your question surprised me. In fact, this is the first time that I learned about "flashing." It has never existed anywhere in the Orient that I know of.
The celebration is religious in nature. It is an appreciation of gratitude for having a good harvest. It has nothing to do with either sexual showmanship or obscenity.
