they are very small chops (only about4oz each)
I would just fast fry them in a pan (season with some salt and pepper) - 4-5min a side and they are done
:)

I'll guess you have actually 3 or 4 chops in the 1/2lb range give or take a few oz. You're looking at 30mins at 350. Wish you would have asked how to cook them or what to cook them with. I got a Stuffed PC with Beer Glazed Onions that'd knock your socks off.
You edit, we edit: stick with the time and temp here but put a couple Tbs of butter and a couple of Olive oil in the pan when you bake them

You didn't say how thick they are, but preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Season chops and place in pan. Start baking for about 40 minutes and then check to see if the liquids come out clear. You can overcook pork chops really easily, but you also don't want to eat them undercooked either. For really thick chops, you're looking at about 50 minutes to an hour.

Oven? Try this...Pan fry in stainless steel pan. Use 1\3cup of olive oil, or whatever you have. Heat pan first, med. heat only, then add oil. Wait 1 minute, add pork to pan. Cook on med. heat. Season pork on un-cooking side with favorite seasonings, besides straight salt and pepper. Wait 4-5 minutes. Do not touch!! Do not poke with fork!! Use tongs if available. Then flip on seasoned side, cook until browned. If not ready to serve when finished, cover with lid tightly off of heat. Will keep moisture in the pork till ready to serve. GL!!

The trick is to bake them at room temperature. You won't get salmonella so don't worry. I personally broil them about 2 - 3 min on each side or until the meat feels like that part of your hand below your thumb. Let them rest. But if you like to bake them, I would say about 20 minutes on 350. We are having the same thing!

Try this recipe for your pork chops. Apple glazed pork chops, a bit different but very tasty.
