Have a nice salad from the bag, order a pizza and kick back in your favorite chair with a nice warm throw and a good book. Later, pop some popcorn and watch a great movie. Doesn't matter what you eat as long as you set the mood, though. Just relax and you will enjoy whatever you choose.

Of course all the suggestion below are suggestions based on going out to eat...

Cooking at home takes to long... and eating out you can usually multi task by meeting up with a friend, calling friends, or reading a good book...

- Cocktail: vodka martini (I prefer stohli and dirty)

- Appetizer: nice clean salad... lots of good veggies! and a little balsamic vignette

- Main Course: Petite filet medium rare, with bernase sauce, maybe some steamed broccoli, or asparagus, or with a tiny little bit of butter, and a really nice cabernet or pinot noir.

- Desert: Warn rum bread pudding, with carmel sauce and vanilla ice cream... and a spanish coffee =O)

OR...

- Cocktail: vodka martini (I prefer stohli and dirty)

- Appetizer: miso soup

- Main Course: Sake Salmon / Smoked Sake, spicey tuna roll, Maguro, Saba & a big kiren beer

- Desert: a fortune cookie, and spanish coffees! =O)

The first thing that popped into my head was grilled ham and cheese on rye. I see someone else beat me to the grilled cheese idea -- but mine is a little better I think.

General Tso's Chicken. I eat it all the time. Good stuff!!! Kung Pao chicken is good too. You can order it at Chinese take-out places.
