I can't seem to take good pictures with the twilight or night mode any suggestions. All the pictures come out blurry.

you should have it on auto
and make sure the stabilizer is on
if auto doesn't work
use program mode and change iso to 400 for low light
use 200 if it is brighter out

For low-light shots you really need to be using a tripod and a delayed shutter...because the camera will most likely be using a slower shutter speed and any camera movement will result in blurry photos. Your camera manual should explain the best way to avoid blurry photos.

Put your ISO setting at 400 and be perfectly still. Set camera on auto.
