I have the reciept n everything i just wasnt happy w/ the quality of the picture...i expected better i payed about 800 for it do you think i i could get another brand or something better.. i mean i havent lost any of the parts i have everything im just not happy with it well if any one has any advice i would appreciate it...thanks

If you still have the receipt you can exchange it for another TV. You should know better than to get a HDTV at Wal-Mart??? ILo is definitely not a good tv, try exchange it for a Samsung, Sharp,Panasonic,Sony or Hitachi if your local Wal-Mart has them.

get your money back and go buy a better TV. Something that will last longer.
I cannot believe people buy cheap junk from walmart and come to my repair center to get it repaired after a few months of use.
TVs are an investment, a GOOD quality item. You actually spend MORE money in replaceing cheap tvs than buying a really good one.
Ex: Told customer dont buy walmarts RCA Big Screen TV's alot of them have been catching on fire. 4 Months later he called me and now he wants me to to fix the TV because it caught on FIRE!!

Walmart is generally very good with returns. You should be fine especially if you are getting a different one from them.

I think they only give you like a month for that kind of return.
