They are commissioned on sales so, no. You need not tip commissioned salespeople.

I don't use Schwan's, but if I did I would not be adding them to the long list of others that already expect a tip.

if anyone is giving me a service, whether waiting on my table at a restaurant, the pizza delivery person, the newspaper person, the mailman (at the holidays) the garbagemen (at the holidays) or even the schwans person(i dont use it myself) i would give a tip.
some companies wont allow their delivery drivers to receive tips so offer one if you wish, they just might have to turn it away.

I always do. I do about 10% - or a little less if the order is high priced and fewer items. They work as hard as most waitresses or waiters do, if not harder. They work for decent money, but a good one deserves more - just like at a restaurant, I tip as I see how they do their job. If they are great, sometimes a 20% - 30% tip.

YES! A lot of people think waitresses, waiters and delivery men make decent hourly wages...but in reality they only make minimum wage! They work for tips basically, so unless he/she was a rude, you should definitely tip them.

I didn't realize it was needed. It's part of their job and the high prices.
