Flower of Scotland is sung at all sporting and public events but our official national anthem is God Save The Queen

Came back to add additional details here as I am fiercely patriotic and nationalistic. National anthems are the preserve of Nation states, Scotland is a country within the Nation State of the United Kingdom , we have a unitary National Anthem which is God Save The Queen, if the Scots posting here don't like it vote SNP in may. The Non-Scots are just being bizarre. Scotland the Brave is deeply offensive in places and comes from a musical it has never been considered our national song. Rule Britannia is most certainly NOT Scotland's National Anthem. The most that can be said is that it is Flower of Scotland the same way England's is Land Of Hope and Glory but the official anthem of the United Kingdom (the only part of the country recognized in international law is God Save The Queen)

Scotland has no official national anthem. The government believes that "God Save the Queen" (UK national anthem) should be the official anthem of Scotland. Right now, the two most popular candidates for national anthem are "Flower of Scotland" and "Scotland the Brave."
