What is Quicktime?

I want to uninstall it but it's giving me a warning that related applications could malfunction, even tho it's giving me the option of uninstalling it along with those related applications.I think we hardly use it but i'm afraid of what it might erase.

Quicktime is a multimedia program created by Apple. The warning means that if u delete it, some of ur applications will not be usable if they require quicktime. But it's just like a media player so if u really don't use it that much, don't worry uninstalling it and besides u can install it again. Look at the source I have provided if ur really worried uninstalling it.
