Yes, you would be wrong! Even asking this question is racist. Do you feel like you're better than her boyfriend because he happened to born into a different race? I think you need to re-examine your motives for questioning whether or not to allow her to go out with her boyfriend. Do you really want to please God? The Bible doesn't prohibit inter-racial dating, so I'm thinking maybe you were just trying to use that as an excuse. Be open-minded and try to tolerate people who are different than you. There's a lot of them out there, so it would make your life much easier if you started to accept it.

The old testament does have several portions where god tells the hebrews that he made a covenant in Genesis including Jacob, Isaac, and Abraham, That they are to marry someone from their home town however these relationship are often incestual where the brother marries the sister with the only blood difference being the mother who bore each individual. So yes for the Hebrew people in the book of genisis the god of the covenant tells his Leaders to marry inside their Hebrew race. So if you are a strict Jewish person reading only the old testament then yes, but of course all those relationships were incest based. The new testament holds a more open approach where anyone is a child of god and no one should be discrimanated against, in fact Jesus was a pioneer for the so-called minorities of the world which included lepers the sick and any disenfranchised Jews who were not able to worship their god based on strange archaeic Jewish principles such as in Leviticus where a person with non-perfect eyesight was forbade to enter the temple of god. So not only would you be an abomination to the world at large if you believed in what the prophet Jesus Christ preached you would be a sinner of the highest repute, forcing your daughter to live by archaic rituals that don't apply to your beliefs at all.

Actually the Bible does refer to relationships. There is a passage in 2 Corinthians that says, " be not unequally yoked with unbelievers.. " The reference has to do with believers and infidels. Many think this is a guide to use in other parts of our lives.
Many who marry outside their race, religion, ethinic background, even monetary boundries experience problems in their relationship. These problems usually exist more in their family than in the world.
A handsome balck man and a beauitful white woman were riding down an escalator in Chicago. A white man was behind them, two black woem behind him. As the mixed coupleembraced and continued with a public display of affection one of the balck women exclaimed loudly, "What a waste!" I saw the white man turn and say to the women, "I agree!"
I asked why they thought this. Both the women and the man said they knew their own families would never speak to them if they came home with someone from another race. This was only a couple of years ago.
Prejudice is a very strong emotionally driven feeling. It comes from deep within our most primal thoughts. Maybe it's presevation of our species, only the strong survive, the fear of being different.
All in all we share simalarities but also have distinct differences. Everyone today is saying these differences are what we are to celebrate. There are the reasons we have diversity in the world.
You have some difficult roads ahead of you. Tread softly.

Please show me where in the King James Version of the Holy Bible that it prohibits inter-racial dating, relationships, or marriage. You won't find it because it isn't there. If you disown your daughter for seeing someone from different race, then you are doing it based on your own beliefs and values and should not try to use religion as an excuse. Shame on you! It is bad enough being a racist, but trying to make God a racist too? Please!

That certainly doesn't sound very Christan like to this old guy. Colour of a persons skin is the last thing that I could or would care about for my children's partners. As long as they were happy with the mate they had chosen in their live then I would be happy for them. There are many people of many various cultures that I would rather speak with then some Caucasians because of their superior beliefs. In this old guys eyes we are all created equally and should be judged not on our skin colour but on how good an individual we are and how we treat others.

Yes, you would be wrong.
There is nothing in the Bible that prohibits inter-racial dating.
In addition, disowning her will only cause both of you pain and heartache.

Well, I'm a christian, and I'm pretty sure GOD doesn't mind inter-racial dating. After all, he did create all of us right. Well, what does the "new BF" do? Because if he's a playa, you better watch out for your daughter. Don't disown her, she's your daughter. :)

It is fine if she dates outside of her race. The bible only states that you have to be evenly yolked. Meaning they must believe that Jesus came and died to save them "Refer to John 3:16". We are all God's children we all where created in his image. This body is only a vessel it is our soul that counts. Also you should love your daughter no matter what she decides to do. Pray for her and have faith in God. Also Jesus said for us to love one another as he loves us.
