No, it's not bad but when the hair is wet the hair ends are more visable and therefore easier to make clean cuts. Also there is the messy factor. Dry hair floats around - wet hair falls in clumps when cut.

no not at all!! most ppl with curly hair that wear it straight get their hair cut dry cause most ppls hair looks different wet. cutting it dry lets you see how it would look better. cutting it wet is just less of a mess and eaiser to keep it straight across (dry isnt much off..its not noticable)

No, the last time I got my hair cut it was really dry. They cut off all the dead ends and it was softer and just generally better.

it is not correct how the hair is decrease. it may well be decrease dry with scissors, basically provided that's extra durable on the scissors while the hair is moist. besides the shown fact that that is much less perplexing for the cutters to have the hair sparkling and with none synthetic curl interior the hair. they could see the organic shape of the hair. The scissors could be certainly sharp for the superb pastime. If utilising the razor, the hair should be damp for ease in reducing.

No, but it better to cut it when your hair is wet because it is less of a mass to clean up.
