i give him the "look" and he DEFINETLY gives me the "look" but he hasnt made a move and im not allowed to make a move WHAT TO DO!!???

time to pass him a note with certain pertinent info if you cant do it have a really good friend do it for you,he may be at work and due to workplace rules he may be in a tight situation also he may be thinking of things to say but not sure how you will take it, could have had some bad relationships in the past and is afraid to make a move
there may be a thousand reasons why
dont assume things untill you or someone you ask to talk to him

why cant you make a move? why is it always the guy that has to do it. if you dont make a move and you just wait for him to then you might already move on.... plus if you just go and talk to him thats not really making a move...

i didnt get it....y u nt allwd to mke d move!!!some guys specially shy ppl like it if other partner makes d move first..wats d harm!!!!!!!nd talkin of him..get more close to him nd make him want u more..coz that may probably make him to do d thing!!!!but i still think if u make d move den also wats d difference!!

im assuming your of age to be in a relationship... so make the move then, or at least explain why you can't.
