everytime i click the link it has something pop up to see if i want to send an error report. it says it has encountered a problem i've even tried deleting it and then reinstalling it but i still have the same problem. itunes wont even open anymore. it just goes straight to this message. someone please help!

A) You probably have a virus that is corrupting .exe files and thus causing it to crash or B) Apple software sucks and thats just how it is.

I'd recommend doing a virus scan (www.mcafee.com) or whatever other up to date virus scanner you have access to.

that occurs to me, too! One time I clicked "ok" so it ought to end bugging me, and it ended up deleting ALL my songs b/c i did not have the as a lot as date QuickTime participant to bypass with it! because the setting up deletes the former iTunes software to modify it with the recent one, I wasn't prepared for it... beware!!! isn't there an selection to verify a field that announces, "do not inquire from me this again?"

I would guess (only a guess) that you are having an issue with sound card drivers. If you know how to update them, do so. Then try again.
